I think I'll just make Author Comments their own sub-chapter to avoid breaking immersion by interrupting the story. Good? Good.

Anyways, I decided to go more visual with this update to make a clearer distinction that this is a flashback. Also making little gif animations is kinda my forte, but enough tooting my own horn. I actually went to the beach for inspiration the other day and got some snacks afterwards, pejoys are what they're called, right? Its pretty weird how they're reverse pocky, what with the chocolate on the inside and cookie on the outside. I like them way more, though. Its like how crab legs have the tough exoskeletons and the soft insides..

wait ..does that mean pockys are vertebrates while pejoys are invertebrates?
