Author’s note and waifu poll!

There we go, the demon lord is dead! A villain we’ve been building towards since the first arc is gone. Obviously, there is more to come, but this is a watershed moment for the family, and the entire old world.

I plan to have time skip forward a bit over the next couple chapters. We’ll touch on important moments, but there will be less day to day events with things calming down for a bit.

I should also say, I probably only have two or three arcs left before this character has run it’s course. I’m starting to feel the problem of power creep, with the MC being insanely powerful as it is right now. However, I have plans for a ‘sequel’ of sorts, so the story will continue regardless, and I’ll always be able to come back to this should inspiration take me, as it often does.

That’s all a ways off, though. I will be taking some time to write in my other branch for a while. The traveler branch needs some love, and people seem to really like it, so it will be my main focus for a little while.
