Author's Note

Hey y'all. I know some of you have been following this and this update took a while to get out. Unfortunately my job has gotten extremely busy in the past couple weeks making it hard to get things written. That said, I have a LOT of ideas that are going to be in this thread. I know there's been very little sexual content so far (and none that's happened outside of Mark's head), but it is coming. I thought about having Hannah be preppy and flashing Mark in this scene but as I wrote it I realized the world didn't need another airhead blonde and this would be far more fun to ultimately level up the chain link. As I was writing it, she kind of just wrote herself. Look forward to some interesting scenes with Carly in the next few chapters as we are almost to the point where Mark is really going to try to ramp up learning his abilities. There is a massive arc I have planned for this in addition to the smaller arcs so keep your eyes out! If you have any suggestions about what depraved things you eventually want to see from Mark, leave a comment or send me a message and I will consider them. This is the dark side of the path and though it doesn't seem like it right now, it will stay true to that.
