So, who gets it?
Augustus III
Arugably the second smartest and certainly the second craziest employee at Zeus's Glory, Augustus III (last name irrelavent) is, was, and seemingly always will be an eccentric and eclectic man. He had the highest scores at the most prestigious college in the country since Heracles Sigmatico himself attended decades prior. However, he has held the record for most reports of misconduct (and the only person in any of his teacher's memories to exceed more than a couple minor trangressions) as he often spent his time during lectures drawing up blueprints for devices and scribbling equations.
Most of his teachers would/did overlook it, remembering that he was doing the best out of all the other students by a noticable margin. Except, he wasn't just making up random doohickys and contraptions. Every so often, he would be making every manner of lascivious toy. And not just drawing them up, Augustus was writing step by step building plans and listing materials, landing him in quite a bit of trouble with administration.
Heracles, of course, got word of talent at his former house of learning. And, seeing as how Zeus's Glory was about to be working in Augustus's area of expertise, the timing couldn't be better.
