Audience suggestions

John decided to open with audience suggestions.

"How about you make her an animal?" a man called out.

"Mmm, okay," John said. "And to make it more interesting..."

He turned to the sleeping singer. "Mariah, when you awaken, you will be normal. However, every time I clap my hands, you will slowly become an animal. Make the sound of the animal you wish to become if you understand."

Mariah puffed out her cheeks, then let out a noise.

"Rrrriibbbbiit!" she said quite loudly, which incited laughter from the crowd. Clearly, this meant she wished to be a frog.

John woke her.
