Attack

Is this it? You think to yourself as you stare down this petite girl. You were expecting something dangerous, challenging, or horny. Instead, what you got was this girl with a little knife? You really don' have time for this. You're not about to let some silly girl with a knife stop you and if you have to dispatch of her to continue on, then that's what you'll do. Drawing your blade, you step forward with the intent to attack.

Rosie's eyes widen as she sees you approach with violent intent. She gasps meekly and lifts her knife in your direction. "S-stay back!"

Unfortunately for the mouse girl, your reach far exceeds hers. With a deft thrust of your blade, you pierce her heart without even getting close enough for her to swing at you. A look of shock crosses her face as she stares down the blade that killed her, then she slumps to the ground. The life leaving her eyes. You clean the tip of your blade on her cowl before leaving her body on the floor.

It takes little time for you to return to the stairs where you find Circe waiting for you. An amused look on her face. "Oh my, how brutal. The strong and powerful man running through a nearly defenseless serving girl."

You frown at her mocking comment, "Look, I'm here to complete your little challenges and go back to my life. I'm not here to make friends. If you want to judge my methods, that's fine. It was the fastest solution to the problem."

"Of course" The fiend shrugs idly, "Killing the denizens of The Tower is a solution to the problem. Assuredly many of them wouldn't hesitate to kill you given the chance. I just find it amusing that was your first reaction to a simple servant girl. I gave you an easy First Floor intentionally because I was curious how you would react. I can't say that I'm disappointed. I simply hope that you realize that not every encounter you'll be able to cut through so easily. Now, have fun on the next floor. You may find it more...stimulating."

With an amused chuckle, Circe disappears again. You scowl and walk through the barrier and make your way up to the Second Floor.
