"Well, it was kind of last minute." Jane said as she adjusted her toga and headband, slipping on a pair of sandals. "But I think it works pretty well. I'm Athena."
"Ah, the Greek goddess of wisdom and military victory. Very fitting for you." Liara commented with a nod, looking her bondmate over. "I read up on your home planets' history in my notes. But weren't the gods and goddesses of those eras historically... Unclothed?"
"Well, I'm not going to walk around the party naked." Jane said with a laugh, "Besides, Halloween costumes are for fun; not accuracy."
"Pity. And I went through all that research to try and get my costume exactly right..." Liara commented, making Jane slightly guilty. Half a second later, an idea popped into the asari's head. "What if we make it slightly more authentic?"
"I'm wearing the toga, Liara."
"Well, obviously, yes! You will be." The Asari stated, a smirk coming to her face. "But what about underneath...?"
"You want me to go commando under this thing?!" Jane asked in shock, her cheeks becoming redder by the second. "Liara! You invited half the crew!"
"Yes." Liara replied, "However, I can assure of you that no one can tell. Looking at you right now, even I almost couldn't tell you were wearing underwear. So no one else will."
"I don't..."
"I'm not wearing underwear under my costume."
"As hot as that is," Jane began, "you also are wearing a costume that won't fall off too easily."
"I'll make it worth your while afterwards." Liara begged, giving Jane a pleading look. "Please?"
