Athena lands on her first Embarrassing Event

Athena jogged across the beach, struggling to drag herself across the knee-high water. Better to move close to the waves and away from people. Her feet made splashes with each hurried step, her long, toned legs in full swing.

“Ack!” As if she somehow stepped on their eggs, a group of territorial seagulls descended upon the naked Athena. They stopped her jog as they flew around her face, pecking at her hair and trying to take a bite out of her necklace. Their beaks and talons weren’t very strong but were quite annoying. “Get away, stop!

First, Athena tried to kick the birds away, but they were always quick to dodge her furious feet. She parted her hands away from her lively breasts and tried to shoo them away the old-fashioned way, but she met with similar success. “Oww! Not the nipple!” Athena scolded a particularly depraved Seagull. She even tried to flee to the beach, but the birds followed.

“Why is this happening to me? I can’t imagine something like this happening to Apollo. Actually, I can totally see it happening. What would he do in this situation? …Chords of steel, of course.”

Athena took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and unleashed the full power of her windpipes. “GET AWAY FROM ME YOU STUPID BIRDS!”

Surprisingly, the shout worked, and the birds flew away scared.

“Yeah, that’s right!” Athena stood proud, making a V sign with her fingers and thrusting her hand towards the fleeing birds. “Don’t mess with-Eeck!”

Unfortunately, the shout also attracted the attention of the whole beach, who was now staring at the crazy naked girl yelling at the sky. Athena could feel her heart skipping a beat.
