At the park...

You get to the parking lot out the outside of the park, and the “tee off” spot was right at the far side of the lot.

“So the game is as simple as can be. You’ve got a special Frisbee, which you throw in the direction of the first flag. It takes a certain number of throws to get there. There are 5 flags spread out throughout the woods. The person with the lowest number of throws to each flag wins that ‘hole’. The person who wins the most ‘holes’ wins the whole thing. It’s too crazy with eight people going at once, so we’ll break up in to groups of four. Danielle, you can come with us.” Merideth explained all this to you, and off you all went

You let the other group go first while you, Joel, Merideth and Robin waited.
“Sooo…. Danielle, Frisbee golf is, frankly, not the world’s most interesting game. It’s great for spending a day outside in nature, but we sometimes like to making things more fun by putting friendly stakes on the game…” Joel wasn’t so much interrupted as **** to stop by the disapproving looks of Merideth and Robin.

“Nevermind Joel, Danielle. Our little bets are just a side-game between the three of us. Having a pretty first-timer along has apparently overcome his otherwise sensible thinking.” Robin explained dismissively.

“It’s ok Danielle, we’ll just keep track of our scores for ourselves and settle our… debts… later,” added Merideth.

“Well, look, you guys brought me along for a game of Frisbee golf. If it’s going to be boring, you should really let me in on your little side-game!” You said this playfully, at least partially because you felt bad for Joel’s suggestion being treated with contempt. Somewhere in the back of your mind though, you were screaming to yourself ‘have you learned nothing today!’

The three pause for a moment, then Robin explains…

“Well… ok, look, it’s really simple actually. The loser of each ‘hole’ owes the winner of each ‘hole’ a request. The request can be made any time after the hole is finished. Person who owes the request then has to perform it whatever it is, that simple. The loser can appeal to the third person for a new request if it’s too ****, but that doesn’t happen much. Would you like to play along?”

“Sure, sounds like fun!” You say, excitedly. Inwardly, you’re thinking ‘here we go again…”
