At the gym

Once at the gym, you entered the familiar space, the sounds of clanking weights and upbeat music filling the air. But today, something felt different. Instead of heading straight for the weights as you normally would, you found yourself wandering aimlessly around the gym floor. The machines and free weights, usually so inviting, didn’t seem to hold the same appeal as they usually did.

As you roamed, your attention was caught by a group of people gathered in one of the side rooms, moving in unison on yoga mats. Intrigued, you peered through the glass and were surprised to see Clara from the Empowering Fashion Team at work. She was the one leading the session, her calm and composed demeanor guiding the class through a series of flowing yoga poses. Her presence seemed to command the room, and it was clear that she was in her element.

Clara noticed you watching from the doorway and waved enthusiastically, her face lighting up with a warm smile. "Hey, Alex! Want to join us?" she called out, her voice welcoming and encouraging.
