At the airport (Senior class trip)

I couldn't believe I got a chance to fly to Boston with the rest of my senior class for our class trip! I just hoped my roommate wouldn't be Kim, and to my great surprise it wasn't!

Ecstatic at seeing all the sights, I got on the school bus early in the morning with everyone else and got to the airport a full three hours before the flight lest there be any hiccups.

I packed a bit heavy because I knew I might lose a few clothes here and there, but I told my teachers to check my bags and they took care of that; all I had to do was breeze through security with the clothes on my back and my backpack, and all would be good for when we got out east.

Things went swimmingly until I heard the metal detector beep when I walked through it. I gulped, and figured what might happen next.
