“Excuse me,” Ginger said, waving down one of the gate attendees, “My daughter and I were part of the rerouted flight from St Louis to LA last night, and they said to meet back here at 10?” The gate attendee took the pair of tickets and typed something into her computer before saying anything.
“So, there were some unforeseen complications with the plane, and they had to do some pretty significant repairs. The plane they got to replace it was smaller, and I only havre room for one passenger, and I see you paid for two seats. The way I see it is you have two options; option one is we give you a full refund of your plane tickets and rent you a car and allow you to drive to LA or you can take the one seat, it’s totally up to you.” the attendee said with a smile.
