At home packing for college.

"Sweetheart are you sure about this?" I looked up seeing my dad holding a box of clothing, he had a fairly concerned look on his face. I understood why, what i was doing was fairly risky for my own well being. "Yea dad I can't hide from the world now that i'm 18", carrying a box of my stuff down the stairs i heard my dad follow.

"Sis Dad's right, it not like your a normal girl." I looked over at my brother Adam, he was about 6'4 large muscle frame, Adam is the captain of the water polo team along with my "protector" of sorts. Even though he was two years younger than me, he tended to try keeping supernaturals away from me since he's a Bruja. You see before me my mother was the previous bride of legend but since she had married a mortal and had two children with him I as her daughter inherited the status of the Bride while my brother got magic. All my father children except me would get magic but as the eldest daughter I would be the bride.

"And what Adam hide behind you all my life?" I asked sarcastically he looked me dead in the face "Yes tell i go to college as well." Simple rolling my eyes i continued carrying my box to the car, looking inside I saw all my stuff boxed up and ready to go. Dad simple put the last box in the car and got in the driver seat, Adam got in the back seat looking grumpy as hell.
