At Work, yes.

After finishing in his ****'s mouth, Rick went to his room to get ready for the day. He set Mary to cleaning the dishes and then instructed her to begin preparations to move out of her apartment and into his. There was no reason for her to keep her own place.

Once at work, Rick found people milling around in utter confusion. He also found that many of his coworkers were missing.

"Bob, why are there so many people out? Did they stay at home because of whatever is happening out there," Rick asked one of his friends.

"A few of them called in and quit," Bob said. "They are quarantining themselves away to try to prevent enslavement as if there is anything any of us can do about it."

"The rest?"

"There are at least six new slaves here, and their masters aren't letting them come into work."

Six new slaves. People he knew. Now slaves. The thought made him hard. "Who?"

"Randy, Harry, and Ursula were the first to be bonded. We heard from their new owners yesterday evening. This morning, Jenny, Peter, and Maureen were bonded."

"Wow. Jenny..."

"I know. It may sound horrible, but whoever got her is a lucky SOB."

Rick nodded and said his goodbyes. The world was changing, and it wasn't just his world. When he got back to his office, he logged into his computer and started to browse from news site to news site, **** to know the response to the 'disease.' More specifically, he needed to know the government's response. If they were going to try to restrict what was going on through new laws, Rick didn't want to risk going to jail.

Mostly, it seemed like the government was being its usual ineffective self. There were politicians covering their asses left and right. Funnily enough, a few of them even found themselves enslaved, which was adding even more chaos to the mix. He was just finishing up with CNN's homepage when someone knocked at his door.

"Come in!"

"Mr. Blye, I..."

Rick looked up. Rachel Stewart was one of the secretaries that worked for Rick's boss. She was also the hottest woman who worked at his company by a long shot. She was absolutely gorgeous. Tall, with legs that looked like they had been sculpted to perfection, the tightest ass that Rick had ever seen in a skirt, and on top of all that, her face made her look like the most innocent person you'd ever meet. She had the entire package, and Rick had drooled over her for years. Not that he'd ever have a chance with her. She was notorious for shooting men down. She was always so nice about it, but never once had he ever heard of her accepting a date.

Before he could acknowledge her, something shocking happened. Something that he had only seen once before. Rachel fell to her knees screaming her head off as she looked at him pleadingly.

Rick couldn't help but grin.
