Assert dominance

Jaune knew that he had made Emerald attracted to people willing to assert dominance... And had already put in some attraction to him. All he needed was to show that dominance.

As Mercury sat there, not even facing him, seeming more like a bouncer than a person actually eating with them, Jaune smiled at Emerald with a sly grin.

"Well... I believe we were talking about..." He began, placing his hand on her thigh. She flinched... But didn't pull away "me and you going somewhere more private"

He was expecting a blush. But instead she went pale. Was something wrong?

"Hm? Problem?" He said cooly.

"It's just... I'm not sure how Cinder would feel if..." She tried to explain

"Oh. Is Cinder your girlfriend?"

"What?! N-no!"

"Then there's no problem, right?"

Emerald's eyes started darting nervously. Was there some reason she couldn't sleep with him.

"Em. I'll handle it" Mercury reassured her "Go play with your weird boy toy."

"Excuse you?" Jaune interjected, which sent a shiver through Emerald

"Sorry" he sighed "Go let this dude plow you or whatever. I'll tell Cinder we're out shopping and your scroll died or something if she asks."

Emerald calmed down. But Jaune was starting to freak out a bit.

This Cinder girl seemed to have a lot of sway over these two. And she was immune to the book.

His first thought was... Maybe she had one too, and it made her immune. He would definitely need to chat with Ria. But first... He had a hot girl to drag back to his dorm.
