Ask him some questions

"Before we start, can I ask you some questions?" You ask the guy. So far he's really different from the various people you met and expected to work for Solvene so you want to use this opportunity to learn more.

"W-well I guess you can Miss. What would you like to know?" He answers with a blush.

"Well first of all, what's up with the Bunny suit? Why are you wearing one? And why I have bunny ears now?" You ask with a small blush as well, your ears flopping on your head as you get agitated.

He blushes more as you call him out on his outfit and looks at you with sympathy. "It's..... punishment Miss. I don't have a choice in wearing it. Just like you do. I assume you lost a game already right?"

You nod, too embarrassed to admit it out loud. He continues his explanation.

You feel a cold sweat on your back. "Wait, so it means that if I lose too many games...." you start to say in horror.
