“Wait what do you mean by “it explains a lot of things about me” I’m confused?” You ask her. Her eyes go wide as she bites her lips. “Shit didn’t realize I said that.” She says with a strained smile, she then let out a sigh and lets out the truth. She looks at you with a caring smile but with a tired face. She grabs your hand and brings you to a place that is a bit more excluded which is an empty hallway.

“Ash, ever since we were a kid. I noticed that you weren’t like the rest of the other boys. You wanted to play with my dolls and dress up, you were more girly. I didn’t stop you at first, I was even happy that you were interested in what your older sister was.” She speaks.

You did remember that when you were young. You remember that your parents never really approved of you playing with Rachel's dolls and playing dress up. You were more interested in being the wife when it came time to play house. It just felt natural to you.

“But one day you changed in elementary. You came home with a broken nose and sad. I asked what happened and you never told me, later I found out you had gotten pushed around by the boys in your class for being too girly. I beat the living crap out of those bastards.” She says smiling at her last comment.

But then she reaches out and strokes your cheeks. “But after that you never went back to your old self, you became cold and aggressive. It pains me when I see you act like someone you truly aren't. But when you came up to me asking me to help you cross-dress, I was surprised! I saw how you were looking at the clothes I picked out for you, for once you looked happy.” She says letting it all out.

Gosh, everything she said was true. There was a lot to take in, you never really thought about how you used to act. It is almost like two different personalities, right now you are shy and kind. Comparing this to your old self which was cold and mean. It's a bit sad… You can’t help but tear up a little bit thinking about all of this.

“Look I didn’t mean to make you cry, know that I will always love you no matter what,” Rachel says suddenly as she hugs you. She then kisses your cheek, “Come on now your friends are waiting for you. I'll see you at home my little pog ch- I mean pumpkin pie.” She says winking, trying to cheer you up.

You chuckle a bit and wipe a few tears from your eyes. “Thank you, Rachel, I'll see you around.” You say as you head into the cafeteria.
