Ask guard some questions
“Don’t you know me?” You ask.
“I'm afraid I don't know who you are, Miss,” he says smoothly, his eyes glued firmly to your chest.
“Um, right, can you tell me about GeneIVR?” You ask.
He points to the gold lettering embossed on the glass lobby doors: “GeneIVR Tech”.
You nod.
“If you're looking for it, you found it. How can I help a pretty young thing like you?”
“Do you know Laura Smith?”
“She's a member of the Board. So?”
“Yeah, how about Norman Smith?” You ask
“He's one of the bigwigs, sure. You'll have to ask the guy yourself though.” The guard answers.
“Hmm. Ok. Do you know anything about John Carruthers?” You probe.
“Mr. Carruthers? Sure, I knew him. Nice enough guy. Shame to go out that way though.” He says.
“How so?” you ask.
“Electrocution. Poor bastard got zapped down in one of the Company generator rooms. They say they had to fingerprint him to get a positive ID.” The guard shakes his head. You feel like you should remind him that your eyes are in your head not your nipples...
