"Carol, can I ask you something?" Mabelle inquired as she set her crochet stuff off to the side. Waiting a moment for her mentor to meet her gaze, that was enough time to compose what she wanted to ask. "By any chance do you know of any activities an old lady like me can partake in?"
Carol nodded.
"For starters, there's always the Bingo Hall." Carol announced and Mabelle perked up. That was exactly what she wanted to hear here. That sounded like the perfect kind of activity for an elderly woman. "There's also the Church and of course, the Retirement Home."
Mabelle nodded.
"All three are quite good options. But which one to put my effort into..." Mabelle thought, keeping her attention on Carol here. Don't want to look disrespectful, after all.
