Ask Jen for a date

Jack had classes Monday, and decided that with this new pill, he finally had enough courage to ask his crush Jennifer out. The pill would last 12 hours so he decided to take a pill as he drove to college. Luck was with him as he arrived at college, he immediately saw Jen walking alone, which was rare, since she had a lot of girlfriends.

Jack did not have any classes with her, so this might be the best and only option in the entire day. He waved at her as he approached "Hey Jen"

"Hey Jack, how are you?" she said smiling.

Jack grow weak as his courage slowly drained from him, he decided to go for it immediately, before he changed his mind.

"Good. Do you wanna go on a date this Friday?"

Jack could almost see the surprise in her eyes, as she took a moment to gather her thoughts. "Like a date-date?"

"Yep" he said, and already regretted everything as the last of his courage ran out.

"I would like that" she said smiling.

Jack felt like he was about to burst into dance of happiness, and not knowing what to say he did what he usually did, run. "Cool, see you then" he said and quickly started to walk, even though he was walking in the complete wrong direction.

"Where and when?" she asked as he left.

"Ill get back to you on that" he answered with a giant grin on his face.

He could barely concentrate on the classes, and used his break to talk about it with his two best friends, Bobby and Gina. Bobby was Jack's childhood friend and tried to give Jack some advise as best as he could. Gina was a newer friend and gave some advise, which was definitely better.

The rest of the week was pretty doll, he texted Jen Tuesday and asked if she wanted movie and dinner, to which she replied I cannot wait. Jack did however not talk to her in person until Wednesday when he had taken another pill. Thursday was also a pretty slow day.
