"Wait," you say, curiosity momentarily overriding your discomfort. "Can you tell me more about this place? How does everything work with the bathroom situation? And why are some people born with both...parts?"

Clara leans against the wall, giving you an amused look. "Well, the bathroom thing is just how things have always been here. Nobody knows why, but it's been that way since anyone can remember. As for us futanari..." She shrugs. "Some people just born with both sets of genitals. It's rare, but not unheard of."

You press for more information, eager to understand this strange new reality. "So what happens when people need to go really badly? Do they always make it? What about at work or school?"

"Not always," Clara admits. "Most places follow the same schedule - 9 am, 3 pm, and 9 pm. Workplaces, schools, residential areas...it's all the same." She glances at her watch. "We've got about four hours until the next unlock."

Your bladder twinges at the thought of waiting any longer. "Four hours? I don't know if I can make it that long."

Clara looks sympathetic. "I could try to help you find something to use in the meantime, if you want. Or we could see if Kerry or Jessica might know any tricks for holding it longer."

You shift uncomfortably, feeling the pressure growing more intense by the minute. The thought of making it through classes or a workday under these conditions seems impossible.

"How do people function like this?" you ask, genuinely baffled. "Do employers and teachers just accept that sometimes students or employees will have accidents?"

"Some places are more understanding than others," Clara says with a wry smile. "But yeah, accidents happen. It's just part of life here." She pauses, considering. "Though most people learn to manage their bladders pretty well over time. The ones who don't..." She trails off, looking thoughtful.

"What about them?" you prod, despite your growing desperation.

"Some use bottles or other containers discreetly," she says quietly. "Others...well, there are certain places where it's okay to let loose if you absolutely can't hold it." She glances around before continuing in a lower voice. "I heard there's a bathroom liberation movement trying to change things, but so far, nothing's come of it."

You feel both fascinated and horrified by this information. Part of you wants to join such a movement, while another part is just focused on survival. For now you decided to focus your present needs.

"I don't think I can make it four hours," you admit, feeling defeated.

Clara places a sympathetic hand on your shoulder. "Look, I get it's tough. Especially since you're new to all this. But we'll figure something out, okay? Maybe we can distract you until the next unlock."
