Chapter 2 by OliviaPope OliviaPope

Who do we follow?

Ashley

Ashley takes a deep breath and sighs as she finishes unpacking the last of her wardrobe into the dresser in her small room. Her scholarship at Gullah State under the Free Use Program is generous, surprisingly so, and includes her own personal room her freshman year instead of a roommate. But the room is at the end of the freshman hall, closer to the laundry room, the entry lobby, and the stairs than it is to the rest of the floor. The guidance counselor at her high school explained that she would be expected to provide community service in exchange for the scholarship, but more details would be clear once she started freshman orientation.

She looks around the room, noticing its spartan appearance despite her effort to bring memories of home. The bed is positioned at the far side of the room across from the door and next to it a large floor to ceiling mirror. Beads of sweat drip down her face in the mirror and she realizes that all the work unpacking has gotten to her, she's slouching a bit. Instinctively she stands up straight and tall, which also has the effect of thrusting out her ample DD cups. She knows she needs to project confidence if she's going to make it anywhere, but is sometimes annoyed that her bosom is just so damn big.

"Well what's next?" she says to herself out loud.

Her boyfriend Jake got into a better state school back home, but his college's freshman orientation isn't until a few weeks later and is back home. Probably having fun with his friends, while she's here all alone. No one from her high school or even her town attends Gullah State. Well, no one she would usually hang out with. There was one black guy two years older than her who she remembers attending, but they never were friends. Her parents were strict and didn't trust the type that grew up in the black section of town.

She could call her boyfriend to check in on him? Or maybe she needs a shower after sweating so much. Being alone is also no fun, she could track down that guy from her high school. Or maybe explore the floor to make friends?

What does she do?
