Ash Forest Academy

After filling out the paperwork you met up with your aunt who handed back your pocket watch, your black book, wand and that colt M1911 you found on that dead body.

While she was **** to give you a gun she couldn’t argue with you especially after she discovered that you had been beaten and injured so many times growing up on the streets of Wellington that they had an entire office floor that was filled to the brim with just your medical records alone needless to say she was emotionally exhausted what with the problems with her brothers and you but at this point you were alive and that was all that mattered.

As you exited the train arriving at Ashford Academy of Magic you soon felt something strange or off about the Academy as you exited the train station. You could smell soot and sulfur heavy in the air and the people were hustling and bustling around in a panic. As you walked along eventually your aunt stopped a student asking what was going on.

“Apparently some hooded wizards infiltrated the Academy and destroyed one of the dorms Dr. Price and right now the Academy is on lockdown apparently.” The student said before running off. As the student ran off five men in black robes and hoods with the runic symbol for “War” walked towards your aunt, Harmony and you. Before the leader addressed you.

“Mr. Blackthorn, Mrs, Ashcroft, and Miss, Price we need you to come with the headmaster need to you three urgently. The hooded man said in grim tone.

Your aunt nodded before speaking. “Right I guess we’ll go then.” your aunt replied stoically. Looking up you could see her face was grim and before you or Harmony could protest she spoke again. “Just give me a moment to stop by my office we need to leave our luggage somewhere before we go see the headmaster. “ the hooded man nodded before leading the way into the school grounds. You could see groups of men in similarly dressed black robes walking up and down the school patrolling the campus like they owned the place.

You glanced to your left and could see Harmony was nervous. Taking her hand into your own she looked up and at you smiled a little as her brown eyes met yours. Eventually you found yourselves in front of your aunt’s office where she quickly stowed the luggage before locking her office behind her.

Soon enough your entourage made their way to the headmaster’s office and stood outside his doors however before any one you could move the hooded man spoke. “Only Mr. Blackthorn from this point forward.” You wanted to argue but a quick glance from your aunt said otherwise you could see it as clear as day in her eyes fear raw and wild something told you it would be best not to argue with this man.

Reluctantly you released Harmony’s hand before walking through the headmaster’s doors where Silas Ashcroft and the headmaster sat before the headmaster spoke.

“Ahh Nathan I wish we could have met again on better circumstances but I am afraid we have much to discuss.” He said in a grim tone.
