Who finds it and is the Lamp empty?
Arya Dröttningu
Eragon stood up, the soldier he just questioned lying against the wall. "Did you kill him?" Murthag asked disturbed. "No, i just made him fall asleep. Quick, i know where the cell of the elf is."
The two start running through the halls as fast as Eragons feet can. After a few minutes, they arrive for a heavily, with metal reinforced door. As Murthag makes indication to try and kick down the door, Eragon guestures him to stop. He concentrates, and utter a single word in the old language, and the doorlock gives off a silent click.
They burst through the door, only too find and empty room. Eragon loons through the whole room, but he cant see any signs of the elf girl. "They must habe moved her to a different cell, we need to search for her". "Eragon, we dont have the time, the guards will start to look for you any time now. We need to go"
After Saphira tore through the ceiling and Eragon and Murthag escaped Gil'Ead, Durza, the Shadow, re visited the city to inspect the damages the trio did to the fortress, and to find hints on how Eragon could escape.
It struck to his mind that the elf, the daughter of their queen, was missing, but she didnt flee with the new rider. Durza walked to her cell, and inspected it as thoroughly as he could. In the end, he found something.
A small, golden lamp, engraved with a name in its base:
Arya Dröttningu
