Arrive at the campsite

With your new seating arrangements, you arrive at the campsite without any more excitement. With the exception of Claire, who slept through everything, nobody else felt like talking to each other, preferring to stare in opposite directions in reserved silence.

After parking the car, you and Amanda go around back to unload the two tents. At this time, she makes it very clear to you that you'll be separated from Lacey and actually be sharing a tent with her. You wonder if there isn't some ulterior motive behind that decision, but you nod obligingly, still embarrassed, and begin to set up camp.

Nothing of import occurs during the assembly of the campsite, with the exception of Claire waking up and being informed of your escapades on the car ride up here. You can almost feel her disbelieving glare boring into the back of your head. Apart from that, however, things are relatively unexciting.

Afterwards, there is a heated discussion about what to do first. Amanda wants to go explore some of the nearby caves, while Claire wants to head into the neighboring town to get supplies. Lacey just wants to go on a hike. In the end, they decide to each go their separate ways, leaving you to choose sides. You don't really care who you go with, as long as you aren't left alone in the middle of the campsite. Who knows...there could be bears nearby.
