Arrest and court martial.

Unison had arrived back at base and waiting on the quayside was the admiral and two uniformed RNP officers. Once Unison had docked and was secured the admiral and the two royal navy police officers came on board and were met by Cmdr Grator. They headed below and Cmdr Grator briefed the admiral and showed her the sworn statement from sailor Francesca Hill who was the captain's steward. The statement accused Captain Bhanoa of sexual harassment and included was an audiotape. The tape was a fake made up by Cmdr Grator and the communications office using captain Bhanoa voice from ships messages.

The admiral read the file and listened to the tape and then ordered the two RNP officers to escort Captain Bhanoa from her cabin to the base police station. They entered Captain Bhanoa's cabin and found sat at her desk in uniform and told her to stand up and that she was being arrested on suspicion of sexual harassment. She of course denied but that did not stop them from handcuffing her hands behind her back and leading her outside and through the Unison so that every member of the crew could see her shame. They took her down the gangplank and put her inside the police van and drove to the station.

Six months later.

The courtroom was half empty as Captain Bhanoa stood with her defence officer while the five officer panel delivered their verdict. The verdict was a foregone conclusion as the fake evidence had already convicted her. The tape was never questioned and the victim had been very good. The presiding officer read the verdict out. "On the charge of sexual misconduct the board find you guilty. On the charge of conduct contrary to military discipline the board find you guilty." She took a pause picking up another piece of paper. "You are hereby stripped of your rank and command and demoted to sailor. It's only because of your prior good conduct and the fact that nothing apart from harassment occurred that you are not be kicked out of the navy"

In the back of the courtroom, a figure stood and approached the front of the court and asked to be recognised. "The court recognises Captain Grator". In the six months that had gone by Cmdr Grator had been promoted and now to put a final nail into Harinder's coffin. _"If it pleases the court I would like to determine sailor Bhanoa's fate". It _was highly unusual but the board agreed to the request and waited for captain Grator to explain that the victim had come to her with several punishments and she would inform the board and they could in their wisdom decide on Harinder's next duty assignment.
