Around his neck.

With a quick look around the room Chad brought the leather belt up to his neck. The electric buzz that it created was almost euphoric as the leather pressed up against his skin. Chad wrapped it around his neck, the second two pieces of leather touched he gasped. The leather had suddenly shrank and tightened perfectly against his neck.

Excess bits of the belt had somehow fused in on itself, leaving no hanging bits, well except for the belt buckle that now hung at the bottom of the collar. It was a cold weight that gave him the same buzz as the rest of the leather. With the energy so close to his head Chad almost felt high as he adjusted himself.

Slowly Chad walked back to the bathroom to see the collar, examining it with a growing grin. The second it formed the pleasant electricity briefly yet painfully shocked him. Chad would have gasped, he would have inhaled but the collar had practically choked him with the shock. In a slight panic Chad grabbed onto the leather collar, once belt, to yank it off. Only it seemed stuck to his skin. The only bit that shifted and moved was the buckle, which led to Chad pulling himself around.

Eventually Chad groaned and gave up. He had a month to wait it out, he just really hoped it was a one off occurrence and that it wouldn't zap him again. With renewed energy, Chad went to get on clothes before exiting his room for the first time in what was supposedly four days.
