Arm yourself and open the doors

The scaly, hunched shadow shows on one of your monitors. It disturbs you, but clearly the station's security is occupied. Saving yourself has to be your own responsibility.

You root through the medical supplies. Setting aside the scalpels, you pull out a contact tranquilizer with enough dose to knock out a whole troupe of gorillas. There's nothing else immediately useful.

You step carefully to the side of the corridor door and touch the instrument panel. The door slides open.

A strange haze begins drifting in. Station's climate control must be acting up.

After several long minutes, you make out the sound of breathing coming closer. You hold the tranq needle up, ready to spring.
