Arc 0: Seeking searching

On the other side of the room I noticed the teachers of the academy talking I recognised the director, the little rat white thing talking with a blonde very thin man I am aware that is all might's current state after the events from the war. Nowadays retired he really looks in poor shape a bit sad but oh well is not my place to go around judging however there were other two a tall dark hair lady and a slightly smaller dark hair man that looks like he hasn't sleep in a few days I really should make my homework about them...

I was being dragged all around the place being showed the different rooms, kitchen, living areas even some board games to play when we are bored there were so many things all around the place but I was not upset nor sad nor thinking bad things about this, they were honestly doing their best to make me feel at home and I appreciate their efforts if I am honest, they were extremely friendly, I wonder if all japanese people are the same but right now I wanted to talk with the teachers, that was my main focus if I was honest I wanted to gather more information about this place.

After a good while of talking and getting to know everyone I was finally sort of on my own, that girl Mina following me closely trying to be good friends with me alongside Denki and Mineta who was oddly following behind me like 2 meters away behind, it almost made me want to turn around and kick him like if he was a football... "Hey guys thanks for all you have done for me its not that I do not appreciate it, I love it actually never been welcome to a place like that ever in my life, but right now I want to talk with the teachers, get to know them since that is, no offense, sort of my main focus, but seeing you all so friendly makes me want to hang out with you lots, if I want to do something fun I tell you all"

"Hey you got it man! I want to see how foreigners party on your island!" Denki said raising both thumbs up

"Oh here is a tip! The dark hair man is our teacher, Aizawa sensei and the lady next to him its midnight, she is retired and believe it or not the blonde man its all might, also retired, I am sure you already know Nezu correct? See you around" I approached the teachers... and as I did they stopped talking staring at me waving as I got closer... Wondering what did they talk...

5 minutes before

"So be honest with me Nezu" Said Aizawa "What do you think of the exchange student"

The little rat, dog person drink some tea before responding "Oh he is great! He looks a bit introverted but from what I saw and heard he is rather quite the opposite he will be making friends and talking with everyone in no time, his notes back at Nemo island were extremely hight 4.6 average out of a total of 5, he worked in multiple hero work and was even involved in 3 incidents on the hero side helping greatly even got a small award for it back home"

"So you are saying this man is overall great for here?" Midnight pondered as well

"Oh yeah he is, however he is hiding something, not sure what it is... When they were asking about his quirk he lied twice, I got the information from back their academy his quirk works different from what he mentioned not sure why he lied about that, he also lied about the biology part, he can affect another things such as plants and even people, I wonder why he did that, alongside the fact that he was sent here to give feedback for his school, maybe that was told on the side but so far what I heard was that this was just an exchange program... I feel that he is hiding stuff for other reasons"

"Could be that he is just shy about his quirk or trying to hide information about it for the sake of himself, I hid my identity for a good while alongside my wounds for the same reason" Toshinori, better known as All might responded "Let's give him the benefit of the doubt"

"Well he didn't raise any red alerts, nor shapeshifting, nor memory or mind control and I confirmed with the council his identity before arriving alongside that man from the other day Lucius who dropped by all the information of him, I did a well research about him... He truly is the person he says he is, let's hope his motives are not actually something negative..." Nezu finished his tea after this

"Speaking of he is approaching here, hopefully he didn't hear us talk" Aizawa replied

"Hello mister Jack how is everything so far!" Nezu replied cheerie and happy as always

"Eh its great, love this place the people is nice, too different from back home its like when you go to a farm and you visit the petting zoo and you are basically petting the stinky sheeps and goats and some cows and pigs even... It feels like that"

"We are like a petting zoo! HAHAHAHA Now that's one way to refer to the academy!" Nezu replied cheerie "Is there something we can help you with Jack?"

"Yeah there is weird question and its not to bother you nor worry you either... Could I have access to the data file of the students?" All three teachers with exception of All might's expression went blank

"Ah! And why would you request something like that Jack?" Nezu responded trying to stay cheerie

"I understand if the answer is no. I actually just want to have their names, ages, birthdates, powers and hero agencies they work on, that's all, get to know all their basics"

"Hmmm I see usually no one can have access to those beyond directives and teachers they also contain information, personal information of the students that we cannot and should not grant to others"

"Oh that's okay it was better to ask than snoop around and look like if I was a spy, just wanted to let know my intentions actually, after so many incidents the last thing you need is another spy or some villain right? I didn't want to ask them either since there are so many of them and that would mean I have to talk and hear about all their stories in the agencies, is not that I hate them or something is just that I don't have much time so its better if I read about it back at my home" I clarified their expressions softening

"Well how about this? If you prefer I could write that instead in a piece of paper that way you don't dox or get with information you shouldn't have?" Midnight replied with a charming smile

"Oh yes please miss Midnight thank you so much... Sorry if this raise a red flag on all of you, I can stay here until the list is ready if you prefer but I truly have no intentions to do something awful to them, so I wanted to be as straightforward as possible"

"Hmmm that did help ease some of our worries but perhaps next time its better to ask the students" All might said

"I don't disagree but this was faster... Should I stay here for the night"

"OH NO NO you said you wanted to visit this whole place right? So go for it, I am sure you don't need a guide for that"

"Thanks! I will see you around teachers, I will say goodbye to the others and leave for now, I will be in contact in case I need something" I stepped away as the teachers all stared at me leaving.

"Hmmmmmm maybe I am slightly wrong but I shall keep an eye on him but please do not distrust him, he doesn't look so bad" Nezu said with a smile

I stepped away from the place waving goodbye telling everyone even if I see them after the weekend.

15 Minutes of walking later

I had gone to different places, the general course, support course, administration I was currently walking the halls where they serve food, can't lie everything looks as good as Nemo island no wonder this is the number 1 hero academy in Japan at least they live up to its name so everything here is rather good but there was something bothering me greatly and was the fact there was someone following me... It was that short idiot from before Minoru, so perhaps its time to show him I don't like being played around for certain... I made a turn on a corner waiting for him to hurry up and catch up to me as I hear steps coming close I quickly grabbed him by the neck of his shirt tossing him to the alley

"Alright what's the deal I don't like being followed like this"

Mineta quickly stand up before making a shushing sound getting closer to me as I stepped away from him "Jesus christ don't touch me if you gonna act like that dude..."

"No no hear me out, I wanna help you!"

That left me even more confused, did he figure out what I was up to? Fucking hell if he did with so little this was going to be even more trouble "What the hell do you mean?"

"Oh you know what I mean" He gave me a smug smile. Did he really know?

"You have 5 seconds to explain what you mean or I will show you how combat effective its my quirk"

"You know with the girls right?!"

".... What?" Did he knew about the hero agency plan? Is this like an agent from my dad or something?

"You are a foreigner, you come to Japan, you wanna bang all the hot chicks and cuck guys, I will help you if I get some benefit out of it sounds good?" I stood in shock I was so worried I got busted so soon, I quickly leand down before grabbing him by the neck

"Okay you little shit you actually got me worried there for a moment, my plan is not to fuck all the girls!"

"Hmmmm..." I let go of him "Well I cannot lie they are attractive... But why the heck do you want me to do that? Are you a cuck or something? I mean no offense you can watch but if you talk during it I will-"

My hand skin shifted and moved as I actually use my quirk to clean away whatever dirt I had on my hand I felt like washing my hands "But... You can actually help me to some things not necessarily do that shit and tell you what if it happens I MIGHT give you some... fucking christ... I might help you get laid you ugly disgusting virgin japanese little man"

"AWESOME! Okay now come with me..."

"Yeah no I ain't getting close to you for miles tell me whatever you want out here now or I wil lbe leaving"

"Pffft fineeee.... You cannot date Momo nor Uraraka nor Jiro"

"Oh my god if you are calling dibs on them I won't speak to you ever again because each word that comes out of your mouth disgusts me"

"Listeeeen... Momo kinda has a thing for Shoto is not there, not dating but there is a thing there, Uraraka has a big crush on deku and deku on her..."

"So they are dating?"

"No, none of them has done the first step"

"Cause they are waiting for a better moment I guess?"

"... Japanese men I guess... Whatever and Jiro its the same I guess?"

"Oh no him and denki are dating dating"

"Understood I guess... Is that all you want to say to me... Cause if you have actual important relevant information for me"

"... Can I ask why you acted so normal alongside Deku?"

"Deku? Who is that one?"

"Dude! Do you not know about him? He is like the guy who saved whole Japan defeated Shigaraki, SAVED U.A and its the successor of All Might"

"Look I know what happen here and the incident many heroes died, cool okay, sorry your country went through all that but I will be honest if that was Deku the person who saved this place, he could've done a much better job at it... Now he has no powers and I bow to no one, no offense but there was a class at Nemo about that incident and the class was called, all the mistakes that could be done better"

"Are you saying you could've done better than him..."

I stared at Minoru as he felt some sort of odd aura coming from me. I approached and kneel up to his eye level "Yes. 10 times better." I just responded that before standing up "Japan is too soft from what I learn, don't get me wrong I like you all, you are all so happy giddy and nice, like kittens! But when it comes to hero work, you are all kind of pathetic... Minoru right?" I smiled "You can do the best thing of your life if you stick with me, realise your whole potential but you have to actually follow not just stand there, look my plan is not making a harem of bitches, but my plan is to help this academy grow" Another lie "I want it to become as Nemo point... That's the name of the academy at Nemo island just so you know" Half lie, half truth once more "Once its a great academy I leave, having fun its secondary, but the moment you do some shit that ruins it, I cut you off alright?"

"Sir, yes sir, all for some sexy ladies"

"... Riiiiiiight, I feel gross now so take a hike, I need to do something"

Minoru gave me double fingerguns as he slowly backed away before leaving with a smile on his face

I pulled out my phone texting my dad that I was starting to 'do the thing' as I looked down I noticed some of the U.A Girls I met before remembering what Mineta told me so it was best perhaps start small if I wanted to have fun as well... I looked at Tsuyu, Mina and Toruu 'technically speaking at her gloves... "Well now... that Tsuyu girl does look kinda cute..." I smiled knowing who was my first objective
