Aqua gets to work

Now topside, Aqua took a moment to get her bearings. In her haste to get out to work, she hadn't taken the time to even see what pokemon the machine had given her. Digging the pokeball out, she gave the white center a tap.

"Ara!" a voice announced, bringing with an Araquanid. Looking at it's current trainer, that was Aqua's cue to pet the water/bug pokemon. While part of her wanted to feel scared here, she managed to bury such feeling.

"Let's get going then." Aqua announced and motioned for her partner to follow. While she could easily return them, that felt like too much of a hassle. Especially when their destination was the nearby Pokecenter. Once there, they would steal all the pokeballs and then head back to base. "Ready to do this, Araquanid?"

Araquanid nodded. They didn't need to be asked twice whether or not they were ready for this.

"Araquanid." the water/bug pokemon announced and got yet another head pat in return as the destination came into view.
