Approach the girl and ask to sit next to her.
Hm, you can't really let this chance go away, now can you? You head straight for the bar counter and approach her. "Excuse me, is this seat taken?"
She looks up at you and shakes her head with a likeable smile. "No," she says and turns her eyes back to her cocktail. Wow, she's definitely got a cute voice.
