Chapter 10 by hewhoismany

What's Apollo to do?

Apollo gives up being an attorney and stays Pauline, stage assistant.

Looking down at the gold coin, Apollo knew if she tried hard enough, and was very lucky, she would be able to change back into her original self. But how could she guarantee that was possible? What if the coin changed her in different ways? It had already affected her mentally, too much experimentation could make her into a person she'd never change back from. With those fears in mind, Pauline handed the coin back to Trucy. "I think I'll just stay Pauline." Trucy hadn't argued much against that, what with it giving her a permanent assistant who was fantastic at her job.

It took a little explaining to everyone, but before long Pauline was able to settle into her new life. She had a job she loved, friends who felt like a second family (which was much easier without the innate professionalism she had as Apollo), and a boyfriend who made her swoon. Sometimes she missed the courtroom, but she was still able to watch Athena and Mr. Wright's trials, so it wasn't like she'd entirely left it behind. Of course, this left the coin in the hands of Trucy, a young woman who loved to meddle in the lives of others.

How does Trucy use the coin next?
