“I should be able to book a doctor’s appointment for all four of you on Monday,” Lucy continues.

“I’ll go with them,” you add.

“Of course, the father normally goes with the mother. Belka can also go with you, so she can register.”

That agreed you move on to the usual business. Lucy has her tablet out, and with a single push she publishes the schedule for next week. Phones and tablets beep in response. Immediately the girls are distracted by the update

“As you’ll see,” Lucy continues, “now that there’s ten of us, only one of us will be having two night duties a week. Except next week, on Thursday, it’s Anna’s anniversary. Date night for you.”

Had it only been a year since your first date with Anna? It felt like a lifetime. Back then you’d been nervous to ask her, having been oblivious to all the clues she’d been dropping for the previous hour. Now you’d pick up on them straight away. Back then you were still riddled with insecurity. There’s nothing like ten of the most beautiful and wonderful women you’ve ever met telling you, you’re the greatest and sexiest man they’ve ever encountered, to rid you of insecurities.

“What’s this garden duty for me on Thursday?” Morgane asks.

Everyone turns to Sarka. “I’m having the greenhouse and new shed delivered on Wednesday. I’ll need your help putting them up. I think I only need Morgane’s help but if anyone else wants to help, it would be appreciated.”

“I’ll help,” you propose. The idea of you helping will probably bring a few more of the girls out. Sarka gives you a smile of thanks.
