Answer the Bat Signal

Batman arrived on the rooftop of the GCPD where Commissioner Gordon was waiting with a cup of coffee. Batgirl watched from an adjacent rooftop since neither her or Bruce wanted Jim to know that his daughter was gallivanting around at night as one of the Batman's many sidekicks. It was best that he didn't know that the reason the Joker shot her was because he discovered she was working for the Bat. Instead, Jim assumed it was because she was his daughter. It could have been a bit of both, it could have been totally coincidental and random, who knows how the Joker thinks?

“Good evening, Commissioner.”

Jim jumped, taking a step back before settling down.

"Jesus, Batman. Why do you always have to sneak up on me? You're gonna give me a heart attack one of these days."

"Get to the point, Jim."
