Another Saturday, another lonely boy

Long gone are the days of Erik sitting in his room alone as the air conditioner fails to provide any sort of cool air against the powerful yellow sun. Instead now Erik sits alone in his room, wearing a thin jumper instead. The air conditioner is silent, too cold to have the cooling on, and too warm to have the heating on. The joys of moving away from summer into autumn.

… Thing’s haven't changed that much for Erik. Especially today. Vi is at another photo shoot. It’s always a Saturday.

Vi had explained that Blake was back from his secret project. She explained that he would be there and that they would discuss what her next steps are career wise. Erik, positive as always had tried to reassure Vi, but she left for the shoot with more jitters than a coked up rabbit.

Erik reaches for his phone, unlocking the device to the messages screen. His eye is caught by the text he had recevied the other day.

“See you soon, Bitch.”

Erik could not figure out why on God’s green earth, Maki had texted him. Not that it would be a bad thing — for her to visit — but the lack of responses to his reply to her text left him in a state of utter confusion.

Erik couldn’t help but wonder if Anya would be tagging along too. He had left for college on good terms with them both, but he had to admit to himself that he did not do well in keeping up with his step sisters. Getting caught up with the shenanigans with Vi, he had to shamefully admit that he had completely forgotten about them for a little bit.

Erik sighs. His ereader making a soft thunk as it drops from his hand onto the floor, having already long given up on reading. He was a little worried about Vi too. He doubted that Blake would drop her or end the partnership or anything, but the worry creeps in regardless.

Erik sinks further into the bed, his mind races as he contemplates his boredom and whether Vi is getting good news or not.

Erik: So…. You’re back? No going back home?

Erik found that he was both bored and feeling a bit too stressed about Vi, so, instead of reading or playing video games, he decides to pick up his phone and chat with Heidi. The thick legged receptionist has been missed.

Heidi: Yep! Everythings sorted! It was truly painful.

Erik: How’d you go in getting some time off from college stuff?

Heidi: I just asked. All of them understood.

Erik: What did happen if you don’t mind saying?

Heidi: Uhmm. I’d rather not. Just family stuff, Besides, it’s all done now so I’m cool to just forget about it.

Erik: When are you free next?

Heidi: I’ll let you know ;)

I recently had to reset my PC and thus have lost access to the models and stuff I had used for the images. Sorry, they probably won’t be making a come back. Maybe, I’ll learn how to draw and do that instead, but I’ll do my best to be more descriptive. <3
