Another Proposition

"Thank God, you were able to handle that! That man scares the hell out of me! The rumors I've heard are horrible!" LaToya let out the breath she'd unknowingly been holding as she sank into her chair. "Who was that anyway?" Jason moved around the desk to start massaging her shoulders to calm her. "That was Alvin Rinehart, He's the V.P. of Marketing. The rumors say that he's had to pay out the nose for the interns he's molested, ****, and severely hurt. I have no doubt now that the rumors are true!" She sighed with a small moan at how good his hands felt. "Well, he's not getting a chance to hurt you!" He spoke softly but looked up when another knock came at the door.

"Come in!" LaToya called wondering who it could be this time. Jason watched the door open and a tall, handsome, older, and well known black man enter the room. "I was on my way down to speak with you LaToya. I saw Rinehart storm in and right back out so I'm assuming you've got some protection from him now." Benjamin Starling smiled uncertain at what he saw when he entered. "Yes Sir, Please allow me to introduce you to my new Owner. Jason McCoy, this is Benjamin Starling, owner and CEO of the company. Mr. Starling, this is my owner and Senior Editor, Jason McCoy." LaToya smiled at Benjamin as Jason held his hand out. "It's a pleasure to meet you Mr. McCoy! Actually, I'd like to discuss a few things with you now that I know LaToya is safe and cared for." Ben smiled and shook his hand thinking this might be the best solution to his own problem now. "By all means sir! Who am I to refuse my boss?" Jason got nervous quickly at the idea but took a seat in one of the chairs in front of LaToya's desk.

"At the moment, there are a lot of unknowns with this new law. My wife can be claimed by any white man and my own status is in question. What we know for sure is that the bulk of my wealth and property will be claimed by whoever claims my wife. Now, I know that LaToya is a very smart lady and I can easily imagine she's already seen to her families safety. If she chose you to help her then I will put my trust in you as well. I'd like for you to claim my wife. This is a picture of her!" Ben smiled hopefully knowing LaToya would have chosen a good man as he showed Jason the home screen of his phone. Jason admitted to himself that the black woman shown was just as beautiful as the women he already owned.

"She's gorgeous and if it helps you then I'll claim her." Jason smiled shyly but thought he might be getting greedy. "There's more, by claiming her, you'll also get 90% of my total networth and the company. I'm going to make you Acting CEO. I'll still be here and working with you so you can learn the job. If it turns out that you can claim males for any reason other than sexual then I'd ask you to claim me as well. I think it might be beneficial to replace Rinehart once you take over. Another thing is, when you claim my wife you'll also be claiming my son. He's only 2 years old and I'm hoping that you'll allow me to see him." Ben sighed knowing the government had left far to much for minorities to do.
