Annabelle Iger, 28, High School Headmaster

Annabelle Iger was the new headmaster for the over-eighteen portion of St. Mary’s School For Gifted Students. As an alumni of the school, she had a lot of respect for the history and culture that defined St. Mary’s, but she also knew that the school needed some updates in order to stay ahead of the curve when it came to academic success. The amount of students who were getting into top universities had dropped dramatically in the years since she had graduated, something that had been pointed out by local news stations as well as by the Board of Education for the school.

Annabelle had been brought in as a solution to the mounting problems. She had graduated from a prestigious school with a Master’s degree in education and had applied for the job immediately when she heard it was available. The Board was weary of hiring her in the beginning due to her young age, but they were quickly swayed by her can-do attitude and detailed plan of action. They did warn her, however, that, if her plan did not succeed, it would be her ass taking the beating, in the most literal sense of the word.

Annabelle was not phased by these threats, however. She knew that her plan was a good one. She just needed some assistance from the teachers and staff to adapt the school before the school year started in a few days. Therefore, she decided to hold a meeting with the Dean of Students, her new secretary, the school nurse, and a few senior level teachers.

It was this meeting that Annabelle was currently hurrying towards. She definitely did not want to be late to her first meeting with her new subordinates. It would not be a good first impression, especially considering she would be the youngest person in the room.

Arriving at her destination, Annabelle breathed in deeply and placed her hand on the door. She knew what she had to do. She just had to get the rest of the faculty to agree to it too.
