Ann Takamaki, codename “Panther”, is a quarter-white girl who has lived abroad for much of her life. Due to her "exotic features", strange rumors about her have been circulating. Withdrawn in her daily life, Ann is much livelier and expressive in her Phantom Thief persona.

Despite seeming like a stuck-up fashion model airhead, Ann is actually the friendliest, sweetest, most compassionate member of the founding Phantoms. That said, she can grow quite acerbic and snarky if she's annoyed or upset.

Additionally, Ann is also a person who’s very comfortable with her own sexuality, often embracing her sexier side, specially when fighting as “Panther”. Yet despite this however, she too has her limits on what she can tolerate, one of them being when people want for her to strip naked for them just cause, something that she will end up experiencing today as she actually ends up naked in front of others, whatever she likes it or not.
