Who acquired the ring?

Andy

Chapter 3 by IronLacedCarbon IronLacedCarbon

The young man scrambled to put his clothes back on, and he rushed out of the bathroom as fast as he was able. He had trouble with his erection, which might likely be permanent unless he got the ring back. Thankfully, he was able to tuck it along his waistband to hide it to some degree, but he could tell that one wrong move would cause the thick mass to flop out if he wasn’t careful.

Since his room was the closest, he did his best to put on a mask of calmness as he stepped to the door and poked his head in.

Max had a side-view of Kevin sitting at the computer, so he was able to see his younger brother’s hands and they danced across the keyboard. No ring, he thought. Kevin didn’t pay Max any mind as he quickly left the room and quickly hurried to the living room.

Growing more panicked by the second, Max walked right up to Jill with wide eyes and startled her.

“Uh, hello?” She asked, her own eyes widening as he approached. “Can I help you?”

No ring on the hand holding the phone up to her head, nor on the one she was holding up towards him.

“No, sorry.” Max said before turning away, barely registering that sister called him a weirdo. When he reached the kitchen, his face was bright red and he was breathing heavily.

Sherrie was still cooking, going back and forth between the stove and the counter as she tended to pans and prepped other ingredients.

Andy was still looking down at his crossword puzzle with a thoughtful expression on his handsome face, but Max almost instantly spotted the shiny ring on the hand opposite the one wearing his wedding ring.

Fuck…

Max stood there for a moment, his mind spinning as he cursed at himself for being so careless. He had to get that ring back, he thought to himself, but he didn’t want to risk his dad finding out about the ring or its power. It wouldn’t be long before he spotted it and read the inscription along the thin base, so Max had to think fast and try to act casual before any of his dad’s wandering thoughts started to mess with reality.

He reflexively cleared his throat and walked inside, which attracted the attention of his parents.

“Oh, hi Max.” Sherrie said as she tossed him a smile. “It’ll be a while before dinner’s ready, I just started.”

Andy looked up from his crossword puzzle for a moment and gave him a smile as well, but he didn’t say anything.

Full of anxiety with his eyes constantly darting towards the ring that his dad hadn’t noticed yet, Max was grateful that his huge dick was obscured enough to not be immediately noticed, then he slowly went over to the table and tried to formulate a plan.

That was easier said than done, because all he wanted to do was go back to the bathroom and attempt to relieve his hard cock.

After a few minutes, Max came up with two possible ways he could handle the situation.

The first was to point out the ring on his dad’s thick finger, and then say something along the lines of, “Hey dad, can you imagine if I was wearing the ring that magically appeared on your finger?”

That might work, because it’d probably work on Max and his overactive imagination, but it might not, and his dad would soon realize that he was trying to trick him.

The second option was to come clean about the ring and what it could do.

Max knew that he likely turned his dad into a pervert, but he couldn’t quite remember the specific thoughts going through his mind that led up to that. How much of a kinky freak was he now? Playing along seemed like the safest option, and it might earn him some favor with his closeted dad and his new powers of imagination.

Then again, that had about as much chance of backfiring as the first option.

If he remembered his earlier thoughts correctly, there was no telling what kind of hidden fantasies he may have given the man.

While Max had a few fantasies of his own, he wasn’t gay or bi, and he wasn’t sure how he’d feel if he would end up having sex with his own family!

“Huh.” Andy mumbled, furrowing his brow as he gazed at his crossword puzzle. “That’s weird…”

Max’s heart skipped a beat.

He saw that his dad was only about halfway done with the puzzle just moments ago, but now it was fully completed.

Just then, the ring seemed to catch the man’s eye, and Andy held up his hand to examine it.

“Where did this come from?” He asked, scratching his head with the other hand. “Gonzo?”

“I-I can explain...”

Andy looked at his son with confusion written all over his face, and Max glanced at Sherrie to make sure she wasn’t paying attention before he leaned in and began to explain himself in a hushed tone.

“I don’t know how, but that ring just appeared on my hand when I was driving home. I didn’t realize what it could do until, like, five minutes ago when I was in the bathroom. Whatever you imagine comes true, so you need to be careful. I started messing around with it, then I started to wonder what would happen if someone else found it, and then poof, the ring disappeared!”

As Andy listened to Max’s crazed ramblings, his eyes seemed to grow wider and wider.

Once Max was done, Andy sat there for a moment in silence, clearly thinking something over as he gazed at the ring.

Max held his breath in suspense, able to hear the thundering of his own heart in his ears.
