And sobbed

You had become very patent since becoming a guardian, but she sobbed for a while. She eventually fell asleep on you, and you gently moved off of her and morphed into your human form, and investigated the room. It had a very tense and evil feel, like it had been violated. What ever happened here, it was awful. Then Sally awakens from her brief slumber.

"Sam, they took him," she said still in shock.

"Sally, get a shirt on, take a bath, then we can talk," you tell her a calmly as possible. She shook her head.

"Not with out you right there," she says like a seven year old.

"Sally, I really don't want to bath you," you tell her as kindly as possible.

"Please," she asks you, her eyes tearing up.

"All right," you say reluctantly.

You pick her up and cary her to the bathroom. You run warm water and start to undress her. She shows no signs of modesty when you see her naked, an omen that she had saw something bad. You gingerly entice her to get in the bath, and after ten minuets she slowly dose. You have to scrub her and wash her hair, the whole time she gives the wall a blank stair. After that you drain the water, and she dose not move even after all the water has been drained. You entice her to get out, and after a long wait, she dose. You do the same with each section of clothing she has, and after an hour she is finally fully dressed. You comb her hair and put on her makeup, and then lead her into the living room, where you sit her down to try and get some answer out of her. You get her to sit in your lap, and gently whisper in her ear.

"I don't know what you saw, but what ever took Mike, they wont take you. I promise I will never leave your side. You and me are all thats left, we have to stick together," you promise. She turns around and hugs you, sobbing.

"Promise?" She asks.

"Promise," you answer.

"Ok, I'll tell you," she says.

"We where done packing, and waiting for you, when these things, all shadow like, started attacking us. They took Mike and beat me until I cried. I asked them to stop, I asked and asked and asked but they wouldn't listen. Then, they, they, came in me, and showed me all you guys dead. Then they threw me on the bed and started to take off my clothes and scratch me. They got to my pants and right as they where about to take it off they vanished. Then I cried until you came in," she tells you. She broke down and started to sob. She hugged you so hard you could hardly breath.

"I'm so sorry, you tell her kindly.

"Don't ever leave me ALONE!" she shouts, her voice muffled by tears.

"I,won't, I won't" you tell her as calmly possible. She didn't try to calm herself for at least an hour. Then, after two hours, she is just sniffling. You aren't able to pry her off till three hours, when she started to get hungry. You cook her ramen while she holds your hand. Then you to talk.

"Sally, I know you want to get Mike as much as I do, but there is still the matter of Jessica.

"Oh, yeah, the shadow stuff said something about Jessica," she tells you.

"What?"

"They said that she was next." Oh god, what was going on? Your little sister should not have to deal with this, she's only eleven. And where is Mike? Who where these strange shadow people?

"Sam?" she asks.

"Yeah," you say.

"They said they are going to make Jessica there queen, and Mike is going to be there sacrifice," she says tearing up. That's when the windows broke.
