Once you get to the end of Viridian Forest, you see a deeply blushing Simona, who had a Pokeball in her right hand. After passionately making out with your Sissy ****, you ask her what she's got.
"Daddy, me and your other Sissies came together and got you a Bulbasaur that we've leveled up to level 22 and taught it Razor Leaf, we also got you some Elixirs so that you can beat Brock!"
You lift Simona's blushing face up so she has to stare into your eyes.
"When I beat everyone and become the Pokemon League Champion, I'm going to use some of the prize money to buy a mansion that you and the rest of my Sissy Slaves will be living, but for now, I have to go and beat Brock."
Giving Simona one last kiss, you make your way to Pewter City.
