An hour

Amy leaves her on the shelf in her crate next to a few other crates of various sizes. Most have mid sized dogs in them, but there is one other crate the same size as hers with a rather large dog inside. She cant tell the breed from inside her crate.

Naomi is left to wait for what feels like an eternity, with nothing to do but shift herself around in the crate and watch people walk by. Occasionally people will notice her in the crate and stare, or point her out to others walking by, but no one offers her help. Eventually she manages to settle into a more comfortable position and almost manages to doze off. In her sleepy stupor she barely registers the voices around her as Amy begins talking to someone.

"Yes, I believe it is time for the walks, let me grab the leashes."

Naomi pushes herself up in the crate as the sound of the other crates with dogs in them are being opened. She clears eyes and looks around to see Amy and another man dressed in a workers uniform taking the dogs out of their cages and affixing leashes around their necks and then attaching the leashes to a belt around the mans waist.

Amy's face pops up in front of Naomi's cage startling her slightly as she begins to undo the latch to her cage. " Alrighty, time for a quick walk. Were gonna have you go out with the other dogs to stretch your legs and use the bathroom if you need". Amy reaches in to the cage and attaches the leash to Naomis collar and gives it a light tug to usher her out of the cage.

Naomi cant even think of a thing to say in protest before she finds herself standing, finally free of the cage. She takes a much needed opportunity to stretch, grateful at least for that.

Amy hands the leash to the worker and he affixes it to his belt which pulls the leash taut, causing Naomi to lurch forward a bit almost falling over.

The man, seemingly non plused about her appearance, looks over at her slightly hunched over form, "Get down on the floor. Youre gonna mess with the other leashes like that and i dont need to deal with the other ones running off"

Naomi's face flushes bright red as she struggles against the tightly tied leash, "Do i really have to do this? Please"

"Yes you do. I have to walk all dogs waiting in the pet services area, and youre registered as a dog. I dont care if youre just some pervert or whatever, I aint losing my job over this. Now get down" as the man gives her leash a tug pulling her lower.
