Tricia tosses her head, looking at Sondra and Valerie with a twist of vengeance in her face.

"I want them to do to each other what they made me and Em do," she replies.

"No way!" Sondra yelps. "I'm not a dyke! You can't make me!" She glares at Tricia defiantly.

"I can't, but they can," the girl answers, gesturing at you and Brian.

"No they can't! They wouldn't dare!" she looks at you, still glaring but with less certainty. "You wouldn't dare!"

"I would suggest that this isn't the right forum for issuing ultimatums to faculty members Sondra. And I wouldn't test what we would dare to do or not do. What I will say is that Tricia makes a valid point. Her notion of how you should make amends is a trifle unusual but not inappropriate given the circumstances. If you don't agree, we can take this whole issue back to Ms. Naylor, and she can decide what punishment to impose."

"Or we can take you to see the new Dean of Students," Brian adds. "He can decide what your punishment is. I hear he's a by the book kind of man."

Sondra looks horrified, casting quick glances at everyone in the room, and eyeing the door as if she's considering running for it.

"Sondra, they're right," Valerie says miserably. "I know I talked you into it, but you weren't hard to convince, and what Tricia said is what happened." She turns to look at the angry girl. "I'm ready to do whatever you want Tricia."
