Main characters

Arn – a former mercenary, soldier and a veteran of the great war. Arn is a native of the highlands, but he has spent most of his adult life elsewhere, first as a vagabond sellsword and then as an enlisted footman in Alrik the Conqueror's host during the great war in the south. After a successful siege of a southern city, Arn met the love of his life, Larissa, and he deflowered her on the spot. But shortly after, Arn was betrayed by his officer, Captain Fiore – who had Arn **** by his friend, Igren – and then took Larissa for himself. Arn was sold into slavery but escaped after a stint as a gladiator, and he's now hell-bent on killing Fiore and rescuing Larissa. Arn is deadly with both sword and a bow, but he is determined to live a peaceful life – once he gets his vengeance. A lifetime of war has left him brooding and a bit resentful and he is constantly conflicted between his old life of wandering, fighting and fucking and his new longing to settle down with Larissa. He is handsome but scruffy with long brown hair and an unkempt beard. He has a lean and muscular body marked by scars. And a sizable cock.

Callum – young warrior from the Highlands. As a second son, Callum walks in the perilous footsteps of many other Highlanders before him and has left his homelands in the mountains to seek glory in the south and to earn his clan name. A quest that proves to be tricky since there aren't that many great battles being fought these days. But Callum is ready to make the best of the situation as he cannot return until he has proven himself as a warrior. Callum is a devout follower of the northern god of war, and he lives by a strict code of honour. He is also quite deadly and well-trained with sword, axe and spear. However, his youthfulness makes him both reckless and easily duped, and he is rampantly horny, albeit still shy and inexperienced in bed. Callum is impressively large and powerful, dressed in only boots, loincloth and a fur cloak, but his awe-inspiring appearance is somewhat dulled by his pathetic attempt to grow a beard.

Lira and Zayeh – dancers, thieves, lovers and troublemakers. The vagabond couple is currently in Zatakia on a stop on their never-ending tour of dancing and theft, drawn there by the city's wealth and opportunity. They are playful and audacious and very skilled at what they do. When they perform they often leave their crowds with both gaping mouths and empty pockets. Lira and Zayeh are very sexually adventurous and far from monogamous, but they won't jump into bed with just anyone – though they have a tendency of ending up there anyway. Both of them are also quite passionate and headstrong, and they can sometimes clash in violent arguments, but they always find a way to make up again. Their personalities are quite similar, though Zayeh tends to be a little more rambunctious and dominant while Lira is slightly more mannered and submissive. Lira is blonde and fair skinned while Zayeh, whose origins are to the far south, has dusky skin and raven black hair. They are both very voluptuous, and their tits and arses are the inspiration of countless bawdy songs written by bards in taverns they have performed in.

Malcolm – young swordsman with a sword that is, mildly put, peculiar. Magically sealed in the ancient weapon is sorceress called Ursula. She has been trapped there for centuries, and Malcolm came into the position of the sword as it was sealed inside a cave near his home village. Ursula longs to take the form of a woman again, and she guides her naive young wielder in the quest to break the curse. Malcolm appears to be chosen as he is somehow not effected by the sword's enchantment that previously killed his friend. Only Malcolm can hear Ursula speak, making Malcolm appear mad in people's eyes when he is seen conversing with a sword.

Nila the fair – young princess of the kingdom of Lydia, currently a ward of the Zatakian court. Nila and her grace and beauty is the pride and joy of the people of her home country – especially to her father, King Mandour. She has many half-siblings, but ever since her mother, the queen, passed away when Nila was very young, she has been the king's favourite child. Nila turned 20 this spring, and despite her age, she is still unmarried, and most likely still a virgin. There have been countless suitors flocking to her, but none have been to her father's taste, and she has been free to cultivate her interests in clothes, poetry and horseriding. Nila is modest, intelligent and charming, but her spoiled and sheltered life in the royal palace has made her naive and perhaps even weak. She may be ill-prepared for her new life of politics and intrigue (and most likely a parade of cocks). But she is of royal blood after all, and she might very well rise to the task and accomplish great things. Nila's skin is olive-toned, her round eyes are dark as onyxes, and she has long dark hair. She is not very tall, but she has womanly curves, and she is blessed with breasts like a pair of ripe honeydew melons.

Tom – young peasant from the western village of Beaver's Crossing. Tom is the son of a free farmer and has spent his entire life in the somewhat prosperous but humble and remote village. But now he is in charge of selling this year's yield of beaver pelts in the big city, and he is overjoyed with the task. With him on this journey is young Yolanda, the village chief's beautiful but arrogant wife. Tom lusts enormously for Yolanda – and most other women too for that matter. He considers himself to be a suave and sophisticated man, destined for greater things than just being a simple farmer, and the big city is just the place for him. In reality, Tom is quite simple-minded and gullible and an easy picking for any big city scoundrel.

Almi – a whore working for Madam Zoriah. Almi is a short and voluptuous redhead. She is cheeky and perky and inseparable from her best friend, Elara.

Alrik the Conquerer – general and High Jarl. A celebrated hero in many songs – a dreaded villain in others. Alrik was born into the Zatakian lower nobility as the son of a newly knighted soldier. The young man distinguished himself on both the battlefield and in tourneys, and he quickly rose through the ranks. Not a small feat in a culture that premiers blood and background rather than merit. He was eventually elected High Jarl by the council and became the de facto leader of Zatakia. It was under his leadership that the country emerged victoriously and became the burgeoning empire that it is today. Some say that Alrik is the most powerful man in the world, though it is debatable how much political power he actually wields. He is idolised among the troops and people, while parts of the gentry and clergy despise him as an upstart and a deviant. He is a fierce warrior and a brilliant strategist, but he can also be ruthless, unpredictable and more than often drunk. Some say that he has a softer and **** side too, but he rarely shows it in public. His thirst for ale and women is well-documented, and his sexual conquests are the stuff of legends. He is said to be tall, blue-eyed and scarred but handsome with unkempt ash blonde hair and a beard, and he prefers to don the clothes of a simple soldier despite his position.

Baram – veteran soldier and the assumed leader of Zatakian group of vigilantes. Baram served together with Cahern in the war but his fighting days came to an end as he took a spear to the knee. His current whereabouts are unknown but rumour has it that he is forming a band of sworn fighters to hand out street justice and to battle Zatakia's widespread **** trade.

Cahern – highlander, veteran soldier and Callum's uncle. Just like his nephew, Cahern left his homelands at a young age to make his fortune while his older brother inherited the homestead. He his strong and well-built and, just a few inches shorter than his nephew. Cahern has fought in Zatakia's army for many years and he has adapted quite well to the ways of the civilized world. His thirst for ale and women doesn't seem to diminish with the years though. He is currently serving in Zatakia's garrison where he tries to stay out of trouble, though he might be affiliated with his old comrade Baram's group of vigilantes.

Clover – famous bard and poet, scholar and womaniser, among many other things. Sir Melvin Tiberias Clovenfurt the sixth, Baron de Coussant is a renowned minstrel and the author of world famous songs such as The Ballad of Talindra and Goras, Kneeling Nymph and The Slut on the Throne of Osinth (or The Saint on the Throne of Osinth south of the border). Clover was born into a noble family in the conquered South and he is a scholar of fine arts at the University of St. Beauclair. He feels equally at home in both courts and back-alleys and despite his fame and noble background, he his most often penniless due to his lavish and generous lifestyle. He is handsome, charming and very popular among women of all social classes.

Elara - a whore working for Madam Zoriah. Elara is a slender brunette with long legs. She is cheeky and perky and inseparable from her best friend Almi.

Fiore Blackwood – landed lord and council member, former captain of the infantry. Fiore led the company that Arn served with during the war. Shortly after the sacking of the city of Carcado, the lecherous captain conspired against his own soldier to get his hands on the beautiful Larissa. He had Arn **** and sold into slavery and eventually brought Larissa home along with vast amounts of plunder. He was knighted for his achievements during the war and is now very powerful and influential.

Fina – also known as ”The Sultry Sorceress”. Brothel owner with knowledge in the arcane arts, applying her trades in Oldtown. She is beautiful with distinct black eyes and long silver hair.

Grim – serjeant at arms in the heavy infantry. Grizzled veteran and very discontent with the, in his opinion, way too lax and peaceful atmosphere in Zatakia nowadays.

Igren of Njardfell – Highlander and former soldier. Igren and Arn served together in the great war, and they fought and lived through many hard battles side by side. They formed a strong friendship, and Igren even saved Arn's life once when they were caught an ambush during a skirmish with the Osinthian legions. Their comradery ended abruptly when Igren betrayed Arn on the initiative of captain Fiore. He now owns a run-down alehouse in the Zatakian slums with his wife Vorasha.

Ilyria – fugitive amazon. Born as a daughter of Didra, she was destined to fight side by side with her sisters as an amazon warrior. But Ilyria didn't agree with some of her tribe's zealous views on relations with men, and she left her forested homelands in Didra's Grove to seek adventure elsewhere. She is currently believed to be associated with Baram's secret group of vigilantes. Ilyria is tall and muscular with huge tits and arse, icy blonde short hair and gold-coloured eyes.

Khardal – Emir and counsellor to King Mandour of Lydia since many years. Some say he is the real mastermind behind the king's wise and prudent rule.

Larissa Leneris – young woman hailing from the southern city of Carcado in Andros. Former initiate at a temple of goddess Xira and the daughter of a high priestess. She is the love interest of Arn, whom she met and fell in love with while a northern army sacked her home city during the war. Her current whereabouts are unknown, but she is most likely in the custody of Arn's villainous former captain Fiore somewhere in the city. She is strikingly beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed and very busty.

Lodmund – eighteen-year-old stable boy at The Northern Arms. He is shy and inexperienced, and he prefers the company of horses over most people. But he is good-natured, and a skilled worker and the gods have blessed him with a massive cock.

Mandour the Cautious – king of Lydia, currently in Zatakia to negotiate a peace treaty. Old King Mandour is the head of an ancient dynasty that has ruled Lydia for centuries. Mandour chose to keep his country out the great war and just watched as the northern invaders swept into the neighbouring lands. Some branded him a traitor for not honouring the old alliance with the holy empire, but in retrospect, most agree that he made a wise decision. He is the father of Princess Nila who is his favourite child since her mother the queen passed away when Nila was a child. He has many other children with various mothers, but none like Nila. Mandour is prepared to anything to remain on the throne, even selling out his special little girl.

Milla – cheeky barmaid and, on occasion, a prostitute at The Thirsty Maiden in eastern Oldtown near the docks. She is kind-hearted, social and curious and quite amazing in bed. She also possesses certain skills and resources that make you believe that there might be more to her than meets the eye. She is voluptuous with fair skin and bright curly red hair.

Nameless city guard – stalwart defender at one the city gates. Truly a credit to his profession.

Raina Brask – handmaiden to Princess Nila at the Citadel. Born as the second daughter of jarl Dorren Brask in the western Riverlands, she was placed in court by her father to further the influence and prestige of the family. She is a very sociable and pleasant young woman, and despite her age, she is already quite resourceful and well-trained in palace intrigue. She puts her family's interest above all, but she also enjoys the pleasures that come with life as a young noblewoman in the big city. She can be a bit reckless, with a knack for getting both herself and those around her into trouble. She is blonde and comely with long legs and full breasts.

Ralph – guard and bouncer at The Northern Arms. Brawny and thick-skulled with barely enough wit to handle his position. A brute to people in general and the women he takes to bed in particular.

Thorren Titanforge – dwarf and owner of the Northern Arms – an upscale tavern and theatre in the Hightown district. Thorren ran away from his highborn dwarven clan in Ukuth Peaks at a young age to join a troupe of travelling actors. He travelled the world for many years before he finally settled in Zatakia and opened an establishment of his own. He has a great fondness for gold and human women, especially their arses. This comes partly from a rampant dwarven appetite for sex, partly from vindictiveness after suffering through years of bigotry from humans.

Una – young woman getting pimped out by her shady merchant of a father in a shop at the docks. She is obliging and buxom and a good enough lay, but she is also quiet and appears to be a bit simpleminded.

Ursula – a sorceress who has been magically trapped inside a sword for centuries, currently in possession of a chosen youngster called Malcolm. It is unclear how she ended up sealed in an ancient sword in the first place, but she longs to take a form as a woman again. Gods only know what she plans to do once that happens.

Vargo – sword wielding lowlife and a two-bit crime lord. Vargo and his band of thugs run protection rackets in a few neighbourhoods in the borderlands between Oldtown and the slums of the Muddle. He is also the instigator of an illegal **** ring that **** and abducts unsuspecting customers at Zoriah's whorehouse.

Voltok – owner and proprietor of the prosperous tavern the Dancing Nymph in Hightown. Oily and dishonest and probably up to no good. Bald and burly with a large moustache.

Vorasha – barmaid and wife of Igren. Vorasha and Igren met during a raid against her former employer, a wealthy southern merchant, during the war. Igren took her home and married her, and now she runs a shabby alehouse in the slums together with her husband. Vorasha is headstrong and passionate and constantly gives Igren a hard time. She is buxom and beautiful with dark dusky skin, fiery eyes and long black hair.

Yolanda Hogg – the young wife of chief Olaf Hogg from the small rural village of Beaver's Crossing in the west. Currently visiting the city to trade this year's beaver pelts and to buy clothes for herself. She is beautiful, blonde and pleasantly curvy, but also snooty and arrogant, especially to her young escort Tom.

Zoriah – brothel madam, a former prostitute and (according to herself) a former concubine of Jarl Alrik. Born in squalor, she started pleasuring soldiers for scraps in army camps at a young age but was beautiful and industrious enough to advance her career. Years later she had finally saved enough coin to start a brothel of her own at one of Oldtown's less esteemed addresses. Sadly, the place soon came under the ”protection” of Vargo and his gang of thugs. Zoriah tends to be a little haughty and pompous and she likes to play coy and is **** to bring up her humble beginnings. Yet she is warm, kind and generally well-liked, and she always acts in the best interests of her girls. She is also a highly skilled courtesan with a healthy sexual appetite though she is quite picky about her lovers these days. Despite her (not according to herself) mature age she is still stunningly beautiful with flowing dark hair and exquisite large breasts.
