An explanation.

(Alright,first of all I'm sorry for coming out with an update so late. I was hooked on another story and am still reading it but guess I have to come out with more chapters now.)

You zip forward, dangling in a mini-air coccoon that envelopes you like a tornado. You catch on to Aerin's arm in order to avoid spinning around. She remains unaffected by the wind and simply raises an eyebrow at the contact but doesn't react.

"WHERE ARE WE GOING??" You yell to be heard over the howling winds.

Aerin flinches as you shout in her ear."You don't have to shout! We can talk normally." She says, looking at you with a strange expression.

"Oh...umm..sorry?" You mutter."But seriously, where are we going and what's with all the chosen one stuff?" You ask

Aerin sighs and suddenly you stop moving forward. You look downwards and grip Aerin's hand tighter until you hear a crack followed by a pained yelp. You look to Aerin and find that you splintered her arm with your strength. You immediately let go which is a big mistake as you start spinning like a corkscrew in the air.

"I...ahhhhhmmm....shoohhhhryyy..." You warble out,while spinning around with the air. You don't know what Aerin does but she doesn't reply."Pleaahhhzee....donutttt.....ahhh...drhhopppmhee...." You add.

Suddenly there is a light glow of golden light. When it fades you feel a hand gripping yours and pulling you to a stand still. You look up at Aerin dizzily and find four different images of her.

"Get a hold. It's good I had a healing potion. You really need to get your strength and ability under control before you get **** as an element. Can't have you accidentally wiping out the entire world." She says.

"Out of everything you just said,I understood absolutely nothing so...do you mind explaining?" You say,shaking your head to shake off the dizziness.

"Yes. I very much mind explaining it to you." She says, clearly annoyed. Then she sighs,"but someone's gotta tell you so I may as well."

"All the kingdoms lived in unity. Everyone was happy. There were mages everywhere. Even humans used magic back in the day.All was good but Korg,the then king of the fire nation wasn't happy with all of this. The dark elf wanted all power to elves and loathed humans. He got together with the orcs and first overthrew the wood elves. That's why orcs are now earth mages and wood elves are nothing but theives. The orcs raided the libraries of the wood elves and banished the elves from their own land. Korg didn't stop there. He spurned all elves and the war that followed resulted in the prohibition of humans to use magic. All known mages were executed. All kingdoms became pre-dominantly elves. But peace is something that butchers like Korg don't value. The kingdoms started developing rifts between each other and slowly it turned to war. Only my kingdom remains neutral. That's why I'm helping you,the chosen one, destined to rule over everything."

You stare blankly at her."How do you know I'm the chosen one?? I get struck by lightning and suddenly I'm a secret king?" You ask, clearly not believing her.

"How many people you know of have survived getting hit by lightning and developing powers to wield it?? Also how many humans you know of who can snap the bones of a high elf accidentally?" She questions.

"None.." you mumble."But I don't even know how I was born! If all human mages were killed,who are my parents??" You ask.

"The elements. You were created by all elements together and so you can wield them. That's why you're immortal because only those who are born can die. You,were created,from the eternal elements themselves. You are our salvation if you choose to be." She says,with a glint in her eyes."Or destruction." She whispers that part.

Somehow,it makes sense to you. Suddenly memories of getting pushed out of the earth start forming in your head.

"Okay. Let's do it." You say firmly.

"No." Aerin shakes her head."You need to learn how to control your powers before getting **** as the next element."

"How do I do that?" You ask.

"Train."
