An Impromptu Faculty Meeting

<beezt> "Attention all staff. There will be a mandatory faculty meeting held in the media center following the final bell." <Beezt>

Leah, and every teach internally groaned when the announcement finished.

"What the hell?" Leah said as she was gathering her things ready to leave for the day. The week had gone by so far so good. Little interaction with Principal Howard but now this? She wanted to run some errands when she got home before all the regular traffic picked up. That would have to wait.

By the time Leah had made it to the media center (aka the Library) most of the spots at the utilitarian tables that were rarely used in today's digital age were full. There were a few spots left open though.

She spotted Principal Howard who also spotted her and gave her a wry grin.

Certainly could earn brownie points sitting there I guess. Lets see where else I can go...

She spotted a group of her fellow teacher friends, the "gals", the ones she normally gossiped with (and sometimes about). She kept looking, she wanted to sit near the door.

An open spot by Daniel huh? No no...I shouldn't. Leah rebuked the thought. She and Daniel had "gone steady" or whatever the new term for it was now. He was handsome. And boy did he know how to rock a woman's body.

Too bad he wanted to rock EVERY woman's body. She almost snarled in her mind. They had been together for over a year when she had caught him having a bit too friendly Facebook conversation with a young lady he "previously knew."

And of course--he does have an open seat and is busy flirting with Mrs. Clemens. MRS. Clemens.

Leah spotted a few other places. There was a spot open next to the Band director Jason Hall, he was always friendly and funny too. Pretty handsome and still unmarried at 35. And another spot was open near the door next to Coach Reed. He was a hunk, but anyone involved in coaching typically is--or at least was at some point (except those teachers unfortunate enough to have to coach when the bodies are few and far between). He was in his thirties too and was married.

New Mechanic: Lust

Leah is faced with all kinds of obstacles to remaining faithful. Daniel isn't the only person she can lust after. Certain actions or options may only happen (or not happen) based off of this. I was originally going to introduce people besides Daniel later in the story but have adjusted it. If you were playing and got past here you may need to restart as variables will be wonky (before it was just Lust, but now you will see: "Lust X (Whoever's name it is ex: Daniel, Jason, Robert)."
