An Ermite Scorching Loremaster

It was no secret that the desert dweller sought better lives for themselves. The desert was a harsh environment and the fall of the Scarlet king had left many of its inhabitants without the same kind of luxuries as the people under the Dendro Archon. As such many desert dwellers despised the people that dwelled in Sumeru's forests. Who wouldn't?

Yet despite their pride and their resentment, there were many who'd be quick to jump at the chance of receiving even a sliver of fortune. As was the case with many mercenaries who came from the desert. Some would care not about the resentment of their people's long grudge. Just as long as you paid them a fair some of mora, they'd do as you ask.

That's why when you found a lonesome Loremaster offering her services, you immediately took the chance. She was beautiful women, very healthy, very fit and very buxom. Of course, you didn't just fall for her pretty face. Despite her demeanor, she was very...agreeable at times and naive. You had given her an Akasha on the pretext that it was modified for communication and such, naturally she accepted it, though hesitant at first.

From there it was only a matter of time, you'd run some tests in the desert with her as your guide, slowly invading and picking apart her brain, find every little detail you could from her. You learnt about her family or lack therefore, her banishment from her tribe and her longing to go travelling across Teyvat. She was perfect for you.

You opened your eyes finding a strange darkness, no, not a darkness, just an eye covering. Wiggling you fingers, you carefully brought them up to and lifted the covering off your eyes. You were soon greeted by the roof of tent not like the one you were using before. As you got up, you felt different, as expected. You looked down at your new body taking it in. No longer were you a feeble researcher as you had pretended. Now you were a well toned, well trained mercenary.

Not wasting any more time, you walked out of the tent, finding yourself in the familiar campsite. You immediately headed to your former lab, finding your former body still laying **** where you had left it. You walked over to your body, a smirk forming on your lips as you did. It wasn't really yours, merely the latest in your long line of borrowing but it had been your home for a while.

"You served me well." You mused as you placed a kiss on your former lips, taking in how well it felt with your new one. "But alas, we finally part. Goodbye." You whispered sultry to it as you relieved it of its Akasha. You looked over to the small bag you had packed, with the necessary supplies you needed. You had whatever research you had acquired, saved in very well disguised knowledge capsules, quite a large sum of mora for traveling and starting a new life and even some forged documents to allow you to use a new identity as you went on your journey.

With everything secured, you burned down your campsite, using the new pyro power your body wielded. All the while you walked on journeying through the desert. You had enough knowledge to sneak back into Sumeru if needed and with your documents you would head to Port Ormos and beyond your way.
