An Abrupt End

Gathering in the large window we all watched eagerly as the naked figures of Val and Rae appeared around the front of the house. I was used to Val’s nudity by now but it was still something to see Rae’s embarrassed form run across the front lawn and to the street. I didn’t know what time it was anymore… but I knew it was too late at night for Rae to be worried about getting caught s for her… or so I thought.

We were all so focused on watching the two streakers that none of us noticed the car that had pulled up right in front of our house. Val and Rae hadn’t either as they continued back towards the house. But we all noticed when the red and blue lights turned on.

“Oh this is perfect.” Marty and several others in the group laughed. Only Winter appeared nervous. I was among the ones laughing. If Rae had been anti streaking before she had to really be embarrassed now that she stood butt naked in the street covering herself with her hands. Even Val was doing the same.

“Oh wait till they get back up here and we ding them for covering themselves.” Autumn said to more laughter.

“What are they saying?” Winter asked drawing attention to the hand gestures of the cops.

“Probably telling them to put their hands up. Let em get a good look.” Marty started to laugh but it died in her throat as we all went silent. Rae and Val had in fact put their hands up. And were now getting to their knees and laying flat on the ground.

“Holy shit they’re actually getting arrested!” Dent said what everyone was seeing. Well almost everyone.

“Guys! What’s happening??” Sasha called out. Marty quickly dashed over and uncuffed her just as Val and Rae’s hands were brought behind their backs.

“Oh my god!” The curvy blonde gasped as the two girls wrists were bound as they lay face down on the ground. “There’s no way!”

None of us could think of what to do or say. So we all stood in stunned silence as we watched the two girls pulled to their feet. Valarie to her credit remained stoic… while Rae appeared to be balling her eyes out. We remained stunned as they were loaded into the unmarked SUV.

“Where’s the second cop?” Leo asked. I pulled my attention away from the SUV and scanned the sidewalk. We’d all been paying to much attention to our two friends being loaded into the back seat that we’d stopped watching the cops. One had loaded the two girls and was standing leaning against the car now. The second was out of sight.

We all jumped as there was a sharp knock on the door to the apartment.
