Amy Rose (Sonic the Hedgehog)

“I didn’t know you Overlanders looked cuter than Sonic.” Said the voice, and that’s when the realization hit. It was Amy Rose, from Sonic the hedgehog.

“Ugh… My head hurts.” You grumbled, unable to do much else for the time being. Looks like you’re stuck with Amy as company, which sucked. Since you like Tails more, because the classic kid genius was just so much more entertaining.

“Looks like you fell pretty badly, need a place to stay while you recover?” Amy offered in a generous, yet worried tone of voice. Seems like she had a motherly instinct, and she REALLY wanted to know if you needed help getting back on your now sore feet.

“S-Sure, thanks ma’am.” You said with a blushing face, trying your best to avoid revealing the fact that you already know who she is.

“My name is Amy, Amy Rose. What’s YOUR name?” Amy said politely, genuinely curious on if she’d make a new friend.

“D-Doug.” You said, a little nervous on making such a new friend so easily from a character that you basically grew up with.

“Oh, that’s a REALLY nice name. It’s good to meet you, Doug.” She said enthusiastically, seemingly excited to meet a human other than Dr. Robotnik for the first time ever.
