Amy Begins to Feel Suspicious

Even though she was excited to get on with the sleepover, Amy couldn't help but wonder about something strange that was on her mind.

Amy rubbed her chin with her hand as she contemplated. "Hmmmmm."

Cosmo noticed the look on Amy's face. "Is there something wrong, Amy?"

Amy looked up at Cosmo. "I don't know. At least, I hope not."

Cream gave Amy a confused look. "What do you mean?"

Amy grabbed her water bottle and took a sip. "Well, something funny happened earlier today. Something I can't tell if it actually happened or not."

Cosmo was confused. "What would that be?"

Amy sat her water bottle down. "I felt something... fluffy. Like, I could feel a fluffy texture touching my lower back, but nothing was there when I turned around."

Cream remained curious but intrigued by the answer. "Maybe a prank?"

Amy gave Cream a shrug. "I don't know. If it were, it couldn't have been Sonic. He makes a lot of noise if he was trying to make a get away after pulling a prank."

Cosmo chuckled and rubbed the back of her head. "That is true. As a prank, he was drizzled some water from a watering can over my head, and I wouldn't have noticed if that sonic boom he made from running away didn't tip me off."

Amy giggled. "Well, it doesn't matter. It must have been all in my head. And besides, we want to have a fun time tonight, and I'm not gonna let something bizarre that happened to me get in the way."

Cream bounced on her toes. "I love your attitude, Amy!"

Amy nodded. "Thank you, Cream. And as I told you, we're going to have a fun night with or without Sonic!"

Cosmo begin to wonder about something herself. "Speaking of Sonic, I wonder what exactly he's doing with Tails and Tangle?"
